Cool shot!

Oh yeah, kids and ducks go together like peanut butter and jelly! My 7 year old & her 10 year old friend from Scotland had a blast this summer catching baby ducks in Bordeaux, France.

Mine still love finding ducks, swans & pigeons to feed and chase around the world! ;) Always entertaining. ;)

This reminds me of one of our local cider mills...one of the big attractions for kids is the batch of ducks wandering around the site and swimming in a small stream near the mill. It's one of the reasons we love this particular cider mill so much--they've been fairly decent about letting the mill and the natural surrounding area be the major attractions, rather than putting in a lot of cheesy petting zoos, etc.

What a cool picture! You must be standing on the dam, right? Not it the water? Brrrrr. I'll never forget the time (summer) when I was tempted to leap into that crystal clear Tahoe water. I've never had the breath ripped out of me like that before...
